Haystack Rock is a 235 ft sea stack and is part of the Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge and is a State protected marine environment. Near Haystack Rock are the Needles, two tall rocks rising straight out of the water.
Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach is one of the most recognizable and popular attractions on the Oregon coast.
