Widely considered the seashell capital of the world. Sanibel Island is located along the Gulf of Mexico just a short drive from Fort Myers. Sanibel is an island and city in Lee County, Florida. United States. At roughly 15 miles long and 5 miles across at its widest full of plentiful stretches of exquisite beaches. I captured this on Sanibel Island after a morning rain.The clouds opened up and let this amazing light shine through. Such a beautiful area!
